Completed inspections are organized into folders by inspection date. Report filenames include the inspection type, unit number and VIN so the correct vehicle is easy to identify.
Filename example: (TRUCK_UNIT#_VIN#) (TRUCK_390_16V3F482012820622.PDF)

Choose the Date
Open the folder matching the date your vehicles were inspected.

Open or Print
Select an individual PDF to open it and use your browser’s print option.

Download Files
Use the three-dot menu beside a file or date folder to download it.

Refresh if Needed
If a recent report is missing, select the round-arrow refresh button at the top right.
