Capacity starts with a workable plan

Larger Inspection Jobs, Organized Into Manageable Batches

A larger fleet does not need every vehicle parked at once. We can organize the work around groups of vehicles, inspection due dates and the times each unit is available. Your fleet manager or site representative helps identify the units; we coordinate the inspection sequence and agreed visits.

For jobs spanning several dates or locations, we review the vehicle count, vehicle types, access requirements and target completion dates before setting the schedule. That gives your team a practical plan for staging vehicles and coordinating drivers.

Tell us about dispatch schedules, loading activity and other site constraints early. We will establish a realistic scope and schedule around the work required.

Vendor onboarding

The Documentation Your Business Needs

Truck Inspectors LLC is licensed and insured. We can provide documentation and review your onboarding requirements before the first inspection visit.

W-9 & Certificate of Insurance

A W-9 and certificate of insurance are available upon request. Send your purchasing contact, document requirements and any insurance requirements early so they can be reviewed before scheduling.

Purchasing & Site Requirements

Let us know about vendor registration, purchase-order references, site check-in procedures and required billing details. We will review the requested process and agree on arrangements before service.

From vehicle list to completed reports

A Clear Process for Your Fleet Team

01 · DEFINE THE JOB

Locations, Units and Deadlines

Share the service addresses, approximate unit count, vehicle types and inspection due dates. Identify the fleet contact and any vendor-onboarding requirements.

02 · PLAN THE BATCHES

Agree on Vehicle Availability

Group units by site and availability. We coordinate the planned visits with your contact, including staging space, keys, access and assistance with vehicle operation.

03 · INSPECT ON SITE

Examine and Document Each Unit

Our qualified inspector performs the inspection and explains findings. Your contact can coordinate any vehicles that need attention with your maintenance team.

04 · PROVIDE RECORDS

Reports and Account Follow-Up

Receive completed inspection documentation, with passing documentation and decals when applicable. Reports are also available through the Client Portal. Invoices follow the arrangements agreed for your account.

Prepare your vehicles with our Annual DOT Pre-Inspection Checklist. Each unit needs to remain accessible while its inspection is completed.

Pricing and accounts payable

Straightforward Rates. Practical Account Arrangements.

Our published inspection rates apply to corporate accounts and fleets of every size. We keep the price structure consistent while allowing agreed flexibility in how approved accounts are invoiced and pay.

Published Inspection Pricing

$100 for the first unit and $80 for each additional unit inspected during the same appointment at the same location. The same rates apply across vehicle types, with no quantity discounts or negotiated fleet rates.

Separate locations or visits are separate appointments. Inspection fees apply whether a vehicle passes or fails. See the full pricing and reinspection policy.

Flexible Terms for Approved Accounts

Invoicing procedures and payment terms can be arranged in advance to accommodate your purchasing and accounts-payable requirements.

Send your billing contact, required invoice references and requested payment terms for review. Account-specific arrangements must be agreed before service; otherwise our standard five-day payment terms apply.

South Florida mobile service

One Vehicle Type or a Mixed Fleet

We inspect tractors, trailers, box trucks, dump trucks, commercial pickups, vans and buses. Each truck and trailer is a separate inspection unit.

Corporate accounts with multiple South Florida locations can discuss a coordinated schedule. Share the actual service addresses so we can review travel, vehicle availability and the scope of each visit.

Service Areas and Routes

Palm Beach County: Monday–Saturday availability, with locations toward Boca Raton covered by the southern route.

Broward County and North Miami: Regular Monday route.

Service for 10 or more units may be available beyond our regular area. Review the route map and send your locations for consideration.

Before the first visit

Corporate Fleet Questions

Can a larger job be spread across multiple visits?

Yes. We can plan batches around vehicle availability and agreed dates. Share your full unit count and deadline so we can determine the scope and schedule before committing to the work.

Can you provide a W-9 and COI?

Yes. Both are available upon request. Send your purchasing contact and documentation requirements during onboarding so we can review them before the first visit.

Do you offer corporate or volume discounts?

No. Our published rates apply to every fleet size. Invoicing and payment arrangements for approved accounts are separate from inspection pricing.

Can you accommodate our payment terms?

We can review requested payment terms and invoicing procedures for corporate accounts. Any different terms must be approved and agreed before service. Our standard five-day terms apply unless another arrangement has been established.

What happens when a vehicle fails?

We document the findings and explain what needs attention. Your maintenance team can coordinate repairs. Fees apply whether a vehicle passes or fails; any required on-site reinspection is scheduled as a new appointment at regular published pricing. See our inspection and reinspection policy.
