Inspections Where Your Trucks and Trailers Are Kept

Whether you run a contracting business, manage delivery vehicles or operate commercial horse transport, inspection day can take place where your equipment is parked. Arrange one visit for the selected trucks and trailers, without a separate trip to an inspection station.

Use the actual vehicle location in your request. At a contractor’s yard, keep the inspection area clear of moving equipment. At a barn or equestrian facility, arrange a suitable parking area away from horses and barn traffic. Include gate instructions and someone who can provide keys and assist with vehicle operation.

Hands-on inspection service

An In-Person Inspection, With Clear Documentation

Our qualified inspector physically examines the vehicle, completes the annual inspection and explains the findings, including any issues that prevent a passing result.

What We Examine

Applicable components include brakes, steering, suspension, tires and wheels, lighting, coupling devices, frame, fuel and exhaust systems, and windshield and wipers.

The inspection follows the requirements applicable to the vehicle and its equipment.

What You Receive

A completed inspection report, with passing documentation and an inspection decal when the vehicle meets the applicable requirements.

Completed reports are also available through the Client Portal.

An annual inspection appointment is separate from an enforcement roadside inspection. Passing documentation depends on the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection.
