On-Site Inspections for Work Vehicles and Fleets
If your crews work at properties throughout Palm Beach Gardens, you can request an inspection at a suitable location where the vehicles will already be parked. Provide the actual inspection address, vehicle count and preferred date so we can plan the visit around our route availability.
For work at a managed property or gated community, arrange permission and entry instructions before the appointment. Choose an inspection area where the vehicles can remain accessible, with room to work safely and without blocking other traffic. If the jobsite cannot accommodate an inspection, use a suitable business yard instead.

Hands-on inspection service
An In-Person Inspection, With Clear Documentation
Our qualified inspector physically examines the vehicle, completes the annual inspection and explains the findings, including any issues that prevent a passing result.
What We Examine
Applicable components include brakes, steering, suspension, tires and wheels, lighting, coupling devices, frame, fuel and exhaust systems, and windshield and wipers.
The inspection follows the requirements applicable to the vehicle and its equipment.
What You Receive
A completed inspection report, with passing documentation and an inspection decal when the vehicle meets the applicable requirements.
Completed reports are also available through the Client Portal.
An annual inspection appointment is separate from an enforcement roadside inspection. Passing documentation depends on the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection.

Common questions
Palm Beach Gardens Inspection Questions
What days do you inspect in Palm Beach Gardens?
Our regular Palm Beach County schedule is Monday through Saturday. Appointment availability depends on our planned routes and the number and location of vehicles to be inspected.
Can you inspect at a customer’s property?
Yes, if you have permission to use the location and there is a suitable, safe inspection area. Include the property address and access instructions in your request. Arrange any required visitor or vendor access before the appointment.
What if the jobsite has limited parking?
Choose another suitable location where the vehicles can be safely accessed throughout the inspection. A business yard may be more practical. If you are unsure about the available space, contact us about the location before requesting the appointment.
Can I schedule just one truck or trailer?
Yes. We inspect individual commercial vehicles as well as fleets. The first unit is $100, and additional units inspected together at the same location are $80 each.
What happens if a vehicle does not pass?
We document the inspection findings. Inspection fees apply whether the vehicle passes or fails. Review our inspection and reinspection policy for how corrective work and any required return visit are handled.
Do you serve locations outside Palm Beach Gardens?
Yes. See our service-area map and route schedule for other locations. Include the address where the vehicles will be parked so we can confirm service availability.
