Mobile Inspections for Riviera Beach Trucks and Fleets

Keep inspection day at the yard where your vehicles are parked. For Riviera Beach appointments, send us the inspection address, the number of trucks and trailers, and the time they will be available between routes or deliveries.

If the vehicles are kept in a gated yard or at a customer’s facility, include the entry instructions and an on-site contact. Arrange access in advance and choose a suitable inspection area clear of loading activity, with room to reach each vehicle safely.

Hands-on inspection service

An In-Person Inspection, With Clear Documentation

Our qualified inspector physically examines the vehicle, completes the annual inspection and explains the findings, including any issues that prevent a passing result.

What We Examine

Applicable components include brakes, steering, suspension, tires and wheels, lighting, coupling devices, frame, fuel and exhaust systems, and windshield and wipers.

The inspection follows the requirements applicable to the vehicle and its equipment.

What You Receive

A completed inspection report, with passing documentation and an inspection decal when the vehicle meets the applicable requirements.

Completed reports are also available through the Client Portal.

An annual inspection appointment is separate from an enforcement roadside inspection. Passing documentation depends on the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection.

Common questions

Riviera Beach Inspection Questions

What days do you inspect in Riviera Beach?

Our regular Palm Beach County schedule is Monday through Saturday. Appointment availability depends on our planned routes and the number and location of vehicles to be inspected.

Can you inspect vehicles in a gated or shared yard?

Yes, provided you arrange permission and access to a suitable inspection area. Include gate instructions and a contact person when requesting your Riviera Beach appointment. Let us know in advance about any entry restrictions that could affect access.

Do all fleet vehicles need to be at the same location?

Our additional-unit price applies to vehicles inspected at the same time and place. If your fleet is split between yards, list the locations and vehicle counts in your request so we can plan the appointments.

Can I schedule just one truck or trailer?

Yes. We inspect individual commercial vehicles as well as fleets. The first unit is $100, and additional units inspected together at the same location are $80 each.

What happens if a vehicle does not pass?

We document the inspection findings. Inspection fees apply whether the vehicle passes or fails. Review our inspection and reinspection policy for how corrective work and any required return visit are handled.

Do you serve locations outside Riviera Beach?

Yes. See our service-area map and route schedule for other locations. Include the address where the vehicles will be parked so we can confirm service availability.
