Inspection Service at Your Royal Palm Beach Location
For a business based in Royal Palm Beach, mobile service means you can have the inspection performed where your vehicles are kept. Send the actual parking or jobsite address with your request, even if your company is registered or receives mail somewhere else.
If you keep work trucks and equipment trailers in a storage yard, make sure each unit can be accessed and moved if necessary. Provide gate instructions, have keys available and arrange for someone familiar with the vehicles to assist. A clear inspection area helps us complete the work without unnecessary delays.

Hands-on inspection service
An In-Person Inspection, With Clear Documentation
Our qualified inspector physically examines the vehicle, completes the annual inspection and explains the findings, including any issues that prevent a passing result.
What We Examine
Applicable components include brakes, steering, suspension, tires and wheels, lighting, coupling devices, frame, fuel and exhaust systems, and windshield and wipers.
The inspection follows the requirements applicable to the vehicle and its equipment.
What You Receive
A completed inspection report, with passing documentation and an inspection decal when the vehicle meets the applicable requirements.
Completed reports are also available through the Client Portal.
An annual inspection appointment is separate from an enforcement roadside inspection. Passing documentation depends on the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection.

Common questions
Royal Palm Beach Inspection Questions
What days do you inspect in Royal Palm Beach?
Our regular Palm Beach County schedule is Monday through Saturday. Appointment availability depends on our planned routes and the number and location of vehicles to be inspected.
Can you inspect vehicles at a storage yard?
Yes, provided you arrange permission and there is a suitable, safe area for the inspection. Give us the storage-yard address, access instructions and a contact person. Make sure the vehicles can be accessed and moved if needed.
Do I need to bring my trailer to the appointment too?
If you want the trailer inspected, include it in your request and have it available at the inspection location. A truck and trailer count as separate units. Position the trailer so it is accessible and can be connected or moved if necessary.
Can I schedule just one truck or trailer?
Yes. We inspect individual commercial vehicles as well as fleets. The first unit is $100, and additional units inspected together at the same location are $80 each.
What happens if a vehicle does not pass?
We document the inspection findings. Inspection fees apply whether the vehicle passes or fails. See our inspection and reinspection policy for how corrective work and any required return visit are handled.
Do you serve locations outside Royal Palm Beach?
Yes. See our service-area map and route schedule for other locations, and provide the address where the vehicles will be parked when requesting service.
