Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TruckInspectors.com, our client portal and related online services operated by Truck Inspectors LLC (“Truck Inspectors,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They also contain separate terms that apply if you choose to receive text messages from us.

By accessing or using our website or online services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Your purchase or receipt of inspection services may also be governed by an appointment confirmation, estimate, work order, invoice or other service-specific agreement. If a service-specific agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the service-specific agreement controls for that service.

Terms at a Glance

  • Appointment requests are not confirmed until Truck Inspectors accepts and confirms them.
  • An inspection reflects the vehicle’s condition and accessible components at the time of inspection; it is not a warranty of future condition or performance.
  • Website and resource content is general information, not legal or regulatory advice.
  • Accepting these website Terms does not enroll you in text messages. SMS consent is separate, optional and may be withdrawn at any time.

Website Use

You may use the website and online services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in a way that violates applicable law or infringes another person’s rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, report, system, server or network.
  • Introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation, or attempt to bypass security controls.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, overload or disrupt the website without our written permission.
  • Impersonate another person or submit information that is knowingly false or misleading.

Accounts and Client Portal

If you receive client-portal access, you must provide accurate and current information, use the account only for authorized business purposes, and protect your login credentials or sign-in links. You are responsible for activity performed through your account by people you authorize. Notify us promptly at [email protected] or 954-698-2588 if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not access another customer’s account, reports or information without authorization. We may restrict or suspend portal access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, data or our systems, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a breach of these Terms.

Appointments and Inspection Services

Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after Truck Inspectors accepts the request and provides confirmation. Service availability, timing and pricing may depend on location, vehicle type, vehicle quantity, access conditions and other information supplied by the customer.

You agree to provide complete and accurate vehicle, location and contact information and to provide reasonably safe, lawful and timely access to the vehicle. You remain responsible for vehicle maintenance, repairs, operation and regulatory compliance.

An inspection documents the condition of the vehicle and the components that can be inspected at the time of service. It does not guarantee future condition, continued safe operation, freedom from defects, avoidance of citations, or the outcome of a later roadside or regulatory inspection. Conditions can change after an inspection. Any identified defect remains the customer’s responsibility to repair or otherwise address.

Pricing and Payments

Website pricing is provided for general information and may be subject to stated conditions, service-area limitations or vehicle requirements. You agree to pay charges that you approve through a confirmed appointment, estimate, work order, invoice or other service agreement. Payment processing may be provided by a third party and may be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

Informational and Regulatory Content

Articles, checklists, frequently asked questions and other website resources are provided for general educational purposes. They are not legal advice, regulatory advice, engineering advice, repair instructions, or a substitute for reviewing current laws, regulations, manufacturer requirements and official agency guidance. Regulations and enforcement practices may change, and requirements may vary by vehicle, operation and jurisdiction.

Although we work to keep information useful and accurate, we do not warrant that every item is complete, current or applicable to your specific situation. When necessary, consult the appropriate government agency, attorney, qualified repair professional or other subject-matter professional.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, graphics, branding, layout and other content are owned by or licensed to Truck Inspectors LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view, download or print reasonable portions for your own personal or internal business use. You may not republish, sell, commercially exploit or systematically reproduce our content without written permission.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services that we do not own or control. Their terms, privacy policies, availability and practices apply when you use them. Truck Inspectors LLC is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability or practices. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.

SMS Terms and Conditions

Program name: Truck Inspectors LLC SMS Notifications

These SMS Terms apply only if you separately choose to receive text messages from Truck Inspectors LLC. Agreeing to the website Terms, submitting a general form, or providing a telephone number does not by itself enroll you in recurring SMS messages when separate consent is required.

Program Description

If you opt in, we may send recurring informational and transactional SMS or MMS messages regarding inquiries, appointment confirmations, scheduling coordination, arrival updates, inspection status, report availability, billing or service-related support. We may also respond to a text message that you initiate. We do not use this SMS program to send marketing or promotional messages.

Opt-In and Consent

You may opt in through an optional website checkbox, by expressly agreeing during direct communication, or through another consent method that we clearly present. If you initiate a text conversation with us, you consent to responses reasonably related to that conversation. Consent applies only to messages from Truck Inspectors LLC concerning the described program. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies according to your inquiries, appointments and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s message and data plan governs any charges.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to any Truck Inspectors LLC message to unsubscribe. You may also revoke consent through any other reasonable method, including calling 954-698-2588 or emailing [email protected]. We will process the request promptly. You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will not receive additional recurring messages from this program unless you opt in again.

Help and Support

Reply HELP for assistance. You may also call 954-698-2588, email [email protected], or visit www.truckinspectors.com.

Delivery and Number Changes

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on network availability and your carrier’s services. If your mobile number is reassigned, disconnected or no longer belongs to you, you agree to notify us promptly so we can update our records.

Mobile-information protection: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates. Vendors acting solely on our behalf may process this information only as necessary to provide messaging and customer-support services and may not use it for their own marketing.

Our collection and use of information associated with text messaging is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Website Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, client portal and website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, continuous availability, or that the website will be free from harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truck Inspectors LLC and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, client portal or website content. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Service-specific liability terms, if any, may be stated in the applicable estimate, work order, invoice or other service agreement.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or client portal when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security concern, a violation of these Terms, nonpayment applicable to the service, legal requirements, or risks to another customer or our business. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations and governing-law provisions—will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning these website Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service-specific agreement, constitute the agreement governing the matters they address.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, technology or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. When legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain additional consent. Changes to these Terms will not retroactively create SMS consent.
